19 July 2023 - Rail Europe appoints Valentine Camusot as General Manager for Europe

Paris, France – 19 July 2023 – Rail Europe, the leading provider of European train tickets and passes, is delighted to announce the nomination of Valentine Camusot as General Manager for Europe region. Rail Europe includes five General Managers covering key regions such as APAC, IMEA, Americas, Greater China. Valentine brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously held the position of Head of category management, where she handled Rail Europe's relationship with European train operators.

In her new position, Valentine will be responsible for the expansion into offering booking solutions also for the European tourism industry, reflecting Rail Europe’s commitment to making train journeys more accessible and meet the rising demand for environmentally responsible travel.

Valentine Camusot has a strong sales background, having previously worked as National Category Manager and Purchasing Manager at Saint-Gobain, the worldwide leader in construction as well as other major national and international brands such as Renault and Amazon.
Valentine’s appointment is effective immediately. She is based in Rail Europe's headquarters in Paris, France.
